Shipping Information

The Graves Canoe Company ships products as soon as possible, our product by nature is oversized and will be shipped by USPS ground, unless specifically designated by the customer. Our products ship in 1-3 business days from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Estimated delivery from USPS in business days is as follows*:
Local - 1-2 days
Regional - 3-5 days
National - 7-10 days.

Express or expedited shipping is handled on a per order basis. Please contact us at phil@gravescc.com for an estimate and advice on the best method and costs of expedited orders.

To prevent fraudulent activity, we do not ship to PO Boxes or to an address that is different than the billing address. If you require some special circumstance, please contact us directly for more information.

We will reship your order for free If you don’t receive your shipment due to our error.

There will be a reshipping fee if your order is not received due to a wrong address, refusals, or failure to pick up.

International Destinations
Please contact us at phil@gravescc.com if you require shipping outside of Canada/ United States. In order to give you an accurate shipping quote we’ll need the full address that the shipment is going to.

•Any customs, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
